Lisa Noble launched Redhouse Spa and Laser clinic in 2001 and it quickly became one of the UK's first medical spas; a one-stop location providing intelligent skincare, face and body treatments, ranging from non-invasive and minimally invasive solutions right through to surgical options.
With three decades of experience, Lisa is today recognised as a pioneer in the aesthetics industry. She is the Beauty Editor for Island life magazine and a sought after consultant for various Spas throughout the UK.
A qualified hairdresser, beauty therapist, reflexologist, semi-permanent make-up artist, laser specialist and qualified with all principles of light associated therapies and aesthetics, Lisa looks to shares her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of beauty therapists and entrepreneurs within the field.

Co-Founder and Head Lecturer
With over 18 years experience as a Beauty Therapist and 8 years teaching experience under her belt, Nicole has a wealth of knowledge to pass on to those who choose to study at the Redhouse Training Academy. She has a Level 5 teaching qualification and is a Qualified Assessor meaning she can provide students with the very best training within beauty therapy Levels 1 - 3.
As a therapist, Nicole spent 6 years as a Spa Manager and later gained a Level 3 Certificate in Business Management. This experience has armed Nicole with a deep understanding of the business side of the beauty industry and she looks forward to sharing this knowledge with students at the Redhouse Training Academy.
